their front desk people are absolutely misleading, woudl ve been nice to actually know what I’m paying for. also, the wifi connection felt more like dial-up! I almost thought about writing a good review for the cozy decor but just couldn’t get past the disappointment, honestly. ridiculous. I expect better for my money.

The room was super cozy and I loved how quiet it was. The breakfast had some tasty options that I usually don’t see elsewhere. Relaxing by the beautiful courtyard and having access to the covered parking were definite highlights. Just wish the towels were a bit softer, but overall, I’d totally recommend it! 👍

Limited laundry hours make it difficult for families!!! The noise from air conditioning units disrupts sleep and the elevator does not reach all floors, making it a hassle for those with mobility issues!!!

Just a nice choice for taking strolls in Santa Clara with very good value for money. I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Make sure to check out the breakfast even if you have dietary preferences.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comforting atmosphere during my stay. The breakfast featured a delightful array of options, including freshly baked cinnamon rolls that were a perfect addition to start the day. Plus, the ease of parking made it stress-free to come and go as we pleased. While my experience was fantastic overall, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in the laundry service hours.
